Remembrance is a Contemporary Christian
Worship band available for bookings. Remembrance was started in 1996 from a call on the heart of the band leader.  He knew God wanted him to use his music gifts to glorify him.  He set out to mentor young musicians teaching them their instruments and showing them God's love.

  Now Remembrance is a worship band that glorifies God with their unique set of gifts.

And he tooK bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, this is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.   luke 22:19(kjv) 

Our goal is to bring Glory and Honor to our lord Jesus Christ, Through music. Though some of us have been together since1996, Remembrance has gone through several changes. We started as a Praise and worship band for the Front Royal Church of  the Nazarene. We wanted to involve as many people as possible. We simply announced (from the pulpit) "If you want to join the band just show up to practice." We would teach the newcomers how to play various instruments and work up a song. Sometimes it would take  several weeks to months to work up one song, but we had a lot of fun, and it was great seeing the Holy Spirit move on the services. Some of our members would move on to other things, but the Lord would always send others to take their places. Remembrance is made up of eight dedicated people who want to share our faith through song.
